Tim Ramms and Rüdiger Dienst form the new management team at Delius Klasing.

CEO Nils Oberschelp is leaving the company.

Nils Oberschelp, CEO of special interest publisher Delius Klasing since November 2020, has decided to leave the company at the end of July 2023. Lars Joachim Rose, publisher of the KLAMBT media group, to which Delius Klasing has belonged since September 2022, praised Oberschelp for setting the course for the merger of the two publishing houses and the reorganization of the central divisions and is looking forward to working with the new management team of Tim Ramms and Rüdiger Dienst.

"After successfully completing the start-up phase of Delius Klasing under the umbrella of the media group, I am delighted to be handing over the baton at the right moment to my previous Co-Managing Director Tim Ramms and Rüdiger Dienst, Managing Director Operations at Klambt Publishing," explains CEO Nils Oberschelp, who will be leaving the Bielefeld-based special interest publisher at the end of July 2023 for personal reasons. "I would like to thank all my colleagues for the wonderful collaboration, which was characterized by many challenges. My thanks also go to the publishers Lars and Kai Rose for their trust and support in merging the two media companies," Oberschelp continued.

"Nils Oberschelp has continuously modernized Delius Klasing since he joined as Managing Director in November 2020 and opened up new perspectives and opportunities for the publishing house with his active support during the takeover by the KLAMBT media group," says publisher Lars Joachim Rose. "My brother Kai and I regret his decision to leave Delius Klasing and thank him for his great commitment as a driving force and course setter in the merger of the two publishing houses and the reorganization of the central divisions. We wish him all the best for his professional and personal future."

"At the same time, we look forward to working with the new operational management team led by Tim Ramms and Rüdiger Dienst and believe that Delius Klasing is ideally positioned for the future in all strategic and operational areas, especially in the continuation of the digital transformation," Lars Joachim Rose concludes.
