Mediengruppe KLAMBT becomes shareholder of the content marketing agency STORYBOARD GmbH.
With effect from January 1, 2022, Mediengruppe KLAMBT is acquiring a 49% stake in the Munich-based content marketing agency Storyboard.
Storyboard GmbH was founded in 2011 by Dr. Markus Schönmann and has since developed into one of the most renowned and successful content marketing "boutique agencies" in Germany. The agency generates a seven-figure turnover and has 35 permanent employees. As a content marketing agency, Storyboard specializes in the development and production of media and content for companies, organizations and brands. Its clients include Bora Cooking Systems, DOBI Professional, KPM Berlin, LfA Förderbank Bayern, Ludwig Beck, Motel One and SWM Stadtwerke München. Storyboard has also been producing the new ADAC Motorwelt, including the seven regional magazines, on behalf of ADAC and BCN for two years.
Founded in 1843, the KLAMBT media group currently publishes over 50 magazines, primarily in the women's, TV, people and puzzle market segments, and also holds various shareholdings, including in radio stations, numerous digital companies, press wholesalers and, together with the Burda and Funke publishing houses, in the distribution company MZV. With a turnover of over EUR 120 million, KLAMBT employs more than 700 people at its sites in Hamburg, Speyer, Nuremberg and Baden-Baden.
