Founded at the end of 2023, the Hamburg-based distributor Look at that! Media Licensing celebrated a brilliant market launch at the Berlinale and other international film and TV festivals in spring 2024.
The trade fair business at the European Film Market as part of the Berlinale, m:brane in Malmö, Séries Mania in Lille and the London TV Screenings went well for the Hamburg-based company of the KLAMBT media group: In addition to children's films from the Netherlands and the USA, the quirky US comedy "Corner Office" with Jon Hamm and two horror films in pre-sale, Look at that! Media Licensing also secured the rights to the eagerly awaited concert film "blur", which follows the legendary Britpop band on the way to their first shows at Wembley. The documentary, including concert footage of the sold-out stadium shows, is scheduled for release in summer 2024.
"We are proud not only to have concluded these first attractive license deals, but also to be involved in national and international co-productions in the future and thus support exciting content developments in accessing the German market," says Look at that! Media Licensing Managing Director Thore Vollert.
Together with his team, Vollert celebrated the company's successful market launch at this year's European Film Market as part of the Berlinale. With around 750 guests, the "Plot Point Party" co-hosted by Look at that! was one of the event highlights at this year's international film festival in the capital.
