Speyer/Ismaning, August 27, 2025 - Roland Hag, a journalist and media professional from the KLAMBT media group, will take over the position of editor-in-chief of die aktuelle in September. Achim Thäsler, the previous Editor-in-Chief, will be taking his well-deserved retirement in September.

Roland Hag has been working for the KLAMBT media group since 2019. Initially as an advisor to the management, he has been responsible for the women's titles Die neue Frau, Woche der Frau and Viel Spaß as Editor-in-Chief since 2020. IN and OK! were added in 2022, followed by 7 Tage and Frau mit Herz in 2023. Previously, Roland Hag held management positions at FUNKE Mediengruppe and Bauer Media Group, among others.
