The KLAMBT media group continues to invest in its radio holdings and increases its stake in "Radio RPR".

With retroactive effect from January 1, 2024, the KLAMBT subsidiary Klambt Medien GmbH, Speyer, is acquiring shares in the radio investment company PRO Radio 4 GbR, in which it already holds a stake, from RM Radio Management Consultants GmbH. PRO Radio 4 GbR in turn holds an interest in "Radio RPR" Rheinland-Pfälzische Rundfunk GmbH & Co KG, Ludwigshafen am Rhein.

Klambt Medien thus holds 16% of "Radio RPR", which roughly corresponds to a doubling of KLAMBT's shares.

Since the beginning of private radio, KLAMBT has held stakes in stations in southwest Germany, in particular in the current station groups RPR, Radio Regenbogen and Big FM, which are operated jointly by Audiotainment Südwest GmbH & Co. KG from a shared broadcasting center. In addition, KLAMBT holds 26% of the successful rock station Radio Rockland and 28% of Antenne Sylt GmbH.

The media group is thus continuing its dynamic growth strategy in the 5 pillars of general interest media, special interest media, insurance, media and digital investments and content marketing.
