Kartellamt stimmt Übernahme für FÜR SIE, PETRA und VITAL zu

The Cartel Office approves the takeover of the women's magazines “Für Sie”, “Petra” and “Vital” from JAHRESZEITEN-VERLAG by the KLAMBT Media Group.

The antitrust authorities in Germany and Austria have approved the acquisition of the women's magazines “Für Sie”, “Petra” and “Vital” as well as the respective web and social media accounts from the Jahreszeiten Verlag, which belongs to the Ganske media group, by the KLAMBT Media Group.

KLAMBT will take over the magazines and all associated editorial offices in Hamburg and integrate the websites in the media group's newly founded digital hub.
