KLAMBT erwirbt "Jolie", "Jolie.de" und "Mädchen.de"

In the year of its 175th anniversary, the KLAMBT Media Group is acquiring the monthly women's magazine Jolie as well as the websites jolie.de and Mädchen.de including the associated social media accounts from MEDIA GROUP MEDWETH by means of an asset deal. The transfer is subject to the approval of the German and Austrian antitrust authorities and does not affect the print title MÄDCHEN, which will remain with MEDIA GROUP MEDWETH.

KLAMBT will continue the magazine and the websites at its Hamburg location from 01 June 2018 at the latest. KLAMBT co-partner Ingrid Rose (42) will be the editor-in-chief of the print edition.

The websites jolie.de and Mädchen.de and the associated social media activities will in future be created and maintained by the KLAMBT Digital Team around Head of Digital Kai Kromat (41) in Hamburg. After taking over jolie.de and Mädchen.de, KLAMBT, together with ok-magazin.de and grazia-magazin.de, reached over 5 million unique users a month.

The marketing of the assets will continue to be carried out by Gruner + Jahr e|MS, who are also responsible for the successful marketing of the KLAMBT title Grazia over the years.
