KLAMBT übernimmt alle GRAZIA-Gesellschaftsanteile von G+J

The KLAMBT Media Group, through its company Klambt-Verlag GmbH & CO KG, is taking over 50.1% of the shares in G + J / Klambt-Style-Verlag GmbH & CO KG as of 01.01.2018, in addition to the already existing 49.9%, a joint venture between G + J and KLAMBT, by Gruner & Jahr. A corresponding purchase agreement was signed on 2 November 2017.

KLAMBT thereby becomes the sole shareholder of the company that publishes the German edition of Grazia and operates the website www.grazia-magazin.de as well as various channels relating to the Grazia brand in social media. As before, the Grazia editorial team will be based in the premises of the KLAMBT Media Group in Hamburg. The EV and subscription sales will also continue to be carried out by KLAMBT.
At the same time, the parties agreed to further intensify and expand the successful cooperation with Gruner + Jahr e|MS in print and digital marketing. The corresponding contracts will be extended by several years at the same time as the shares are transferred. The transfer is subject to the approval of the responsible German and Austrian antitrust authorities.
