The KLAMBT media group invests a six-figure sum in couple counseling app myndpaar.
The Hamburg-based mental health tech start-up, myndwerk GmbH, can look forward to fresh capital. The KLAMBT media group is investing a six-figure sum in the young company. The investment will be used to further develop and scale the couple counseling app myndpaar, which relies on intelligent technology and 20 years of experience in the field of couple counseling. The app was launched in October 2021.
Founder Leonie Wilken emphasizes a specific USP: "We are the first app that gets to the root of problems in relationships. And all without a live counselor." The concept was developed by the psychological psychotherapist Ulrich Wilken, father of Leonie Wilken, at the Institute for Systemic Studies in Hamburg.
Kai Rose, Managing Partner of the KLAMBT media group, adds: "It's not just since Covid-19 that people have been suffering from increased stress symptoms, which also have a negative impact on relationships. By investing in myndpaar, together with founder Leonie Wilken, we want to offer couples psychological support in difficult times and show them ways out of a personal crisis."
With myndpaar, couples or individuals can work on their relationship issues with the help of 10 modules and 10 tasks. A central part deals with questions about how people grew up, whether they felt unconditionally loved by their parents and whether they have confidence in the permanence of love. The aim is to support sustainable change.
Leonie Wilken founded myndwerk in 2020 together with her father. Myndwerk.com is a social network for more than 250 systemic consultants. Myndpaar is the first resulting app for couples counseling.
With myndpaar, users have the opportunity to receive flexible, effective and individual couple counseling at affordable conditions. If all else fails, direct contact with a certified couples counselor is guaranteed via the myndpaar app.
