Media group KLAMBT increased its shareholding in the private broadcasting station Radio Rockland-Pfalz GmbH & Co KG from 1% to 10.96 %.

The meeting of the regional centre for media and communication of the German region of Rhineland-Palatine (Landeszentrale für Medien und Kommunikation Rheinland-Pfalz LMK) approved the increase of the number of shares on February 14, 2011. The additional shares have been acquired from the previous Rockland shareholders Radio SALÜ in Saarbrucken and TELECONSULT in Hanover who are no longer shareholders of the company.

Klambt-Medien GmbH is going to exert the voting rights of media group KLAMBT at Radio Rockland-Pfalz.
